I thought it would be nice to post this letter of appreciation from the folks at the  Newman Riga Library

Dear Brian,

I want to take a moment to thank you and your crew for the absolutely stellar renovation job at the Newman Riga Library.  We started our renovation project for purely functional reasons: handicapped accessibility.  By the time the job was complete, it was aesthetically beautiful, something I had barely considered.  The look is so subtle and so natural as to make patrons question whether or not the new doors and windows had been there before.  That seems to me to demonstrate the perfect "rehab" job in a facility built over 50 years ago.  The changes are seamless.  As a result, the comments from the public have been nothing but positive.

But above and beyond the actual construction, I have to compliment the crew.  I have personally worked with many construction crews over the years, having owned a house well over 150 years old for many years.  This crew stands out "heads and tails" over all others.  Your men are absolute craftsmen.  I have never been lucky enough previously, to work with people who "engineered" the job as it evolved.  It was the small things that stood out; the comments like "you know what would look better. . . you know what we could do instead"  that made me realize how lucky we were.  They provided ideas along the way and altered and finessed the project to perfection.  They were pleasant.  They were gentlemen and they were meticulous.  We never closed during the entire renovation project (which incidentally, only took 6 days!) and everyone was able to function normally, thanks to the pains the crew took to be as unobtrusive as possible.  I have recommended Rochester Colonial and Brian Otto Remodeling to everyone as the next crew for them to hire for their personal jobs.  Your crew for the job consisted of T.J., Rocky and Mike, specifically, and they deserve special mention.

Thank you, Brian, for providing such competent service to us along the way.  It has been a long road to the completion of the project, and you have provided professional support every step of the way that was second to none.  Your attention to detail and your company's quality control has been amazing. 

We look forward to doing business with you again in the future, and shall "sing your praises" to anyone within earshot!  It has been an absolute privilege and pleasure to work with you.
